It works fine for the most part, and having unlimited data is nice, nice. It does slow down sometimes though, which can be a little annoying, but overall it gets the job done.

"Payment was quick and easy"
I was a little nervous when I switched to online payments only, but it ended up being totally fine. visible charged my card right when they were supposed to, and I didn’t see any random extra fees pop up. The receipt showed up quickly too. So far, it’s been simple and hassle-free.

"Pretty easy to use"
Signing up was quick, and the pages loaded without any issues. I was able to find what I needed without getting lost, which was nice. That part with the thing was straightforward enough too.

"I had some kind of setup issue..."
I had some kind of setup issue with my phone and expected it to be a whole thing, but chat support knew exactly what to do. I did have to wait a bit, which was kinda annoying, but once they got to me they fixed it and explained everything clearly. Definately better than I expected...

Got the SIM card in just 2 days, which was a nice surprise. Everything worked fine with no issues, so I’m happy with it. with service this smooth, I wouldn’t mind seeing a little credit or bonus as a thank-you

"5G has been solid pretty much wherever I am"
I’ve been on Visible for a few months now and the 5G has been better than I expected. I get it at home, at work, driving around town, even in random places where I kind of assume my signal might drop but it usually doesn’t. I mostly use it for maps, music, scrolling around, and watching videos here and there, and it’s been totally fine for all of that. Every once in a while if I’m somewhere really crowded, like an event or a busy shopping area, it can slow down a bit, but nothing that’s made me regret switching. For the price, I’m happy with it.

Checkout on visible.com was okay overall, and I did get through it with the price showing clearly. The promo code eventually worked, but I had to enter it twice, which made me start wondering if the site was going to be reliable through the rest of the order.
Things got a bit shaky when I was choosing payment because the page loaded slowly, and after submitting, I wasn’t totally sure the order had actually gone through. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but those little hiccups definitely made me trust the process a bit less.

I placed my Visible order and it shipped out quickly. The tracking was easy to keep an eye on, and the SIM showed up right when they said it would. There weren’t any weird delays or missing pieces, which was kinda nice. Activation went smoothly after that too, so overall I’m happy with how everything was handled.

Activation was easy, so I’m not sure what the complaints are about. I switched over in just a few minutes, and the app pretty much walked me through the whole thing. I did have to restart my phone once, but after that the service worked fine. No real issues on my end

"Data speed’s been surprisingly good"
I’ve been using Visible for a bit now the data speed has been better than I thought it would be. Like, videos load quick, maps haven’t given me any trouble, and I don’t really hit slowdowns much… at least not enough to notice. For what I’m paying, it’s been solid

"Cheap plan… but yeah, not totally perfect!!"
The price is really good!!! That’s probably the main reason I went with it. The service is okay overall, but it can be a little hit or miss sometimes?? When it works, it’s totally fine… but there have definitely been a few moments where it felt kinda unreliable!!!

"Solid coverage with only minor hiccups"
I’ve had good signal almost everywhere I go, including during my commute. There are maybe a couple spots where it dips a little, but nothing that really bothers me. Overall, it’s been reliable and I don’t have much to complain about.
